How is the booking deposit refunded?

Epic has a $5+(.25¢ processing fee) per player holding deposit on weekends (Sat & Sun)

$150+($7.5 processing fee) per player holding deposit on weekday play (Mon.-Fri.) This is to secure the group's spot and # of rentals.   

Epic will refund back $5 per attending player at the time of visit on weekends
Epic will refund back $150 at the time of visit during the weekdays.
Processing fees are non-refundable 

Rescheduling different date transfers the deposit to the future date and can be rescheduled up to 2 times before forfeiting the deposit. EPIC respectfully requires 72 hour notice for rescheduling and 1 week for cancellations.  

Have more players than I booked for?
If you are going to have extra players than what you booked for is usually not a problem.  If you are going to have over 50% more players please call.  Example 10 booked 15+ playing please call. 

How is bad weather handled?
Oklahoma weather can change very quickly and if conditions are unsafe to play or going to be just miserable such as a complete down pour then EPIC can move or refund the base deposit.
